Shipping & service delivery policy

DoctorOS is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically — everything you buy is delivered online, and this page explains exactly how and when.

No physical shipping

We do not sell or ship physical goods. All services — practice subscriptions, appointment bookings, digital prescriptions, records and instalment plans — are delivered electronically through the DoctorOS website. There are no shipping fees, carriers or delivery addresses involved.

Subscription activation

  • Paid practice plans activate immediately when payment is confirmed by the payment provider — typically within seconds, and at most a few minutes for bank transfers.
  • The 14-day free trial activates instantly at sign-up, with no payment needed.
  • You'll see your active plan in your dashboard's billing page and receive an in-app confirmation. If a payment succeeds but your plan doesn't activate within 30 minutes, contact us and we'll fix it with priority.

Appointment bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed instantly — the slot is reserved the moment you complete the booking, and you can see it in your patient portal right away.
  • Prepaid bookings are confirmed once the payment provider confirms the transaction; until then the slot is held for you for the payment window shown at checkout.
  • Reminders are sent before every visit. Rescheduling and cancellation are self-serve from your portal, subject to the cancellation policy.

Records, prescriptions & documents

Visit notes, digital prescriptions and uploaded files are available in your health timeline as soon as the practitioner finalises them — usually before you've left the practice. Prescriptions carry a QR code any pharmacy can verify online instantly.

Service availability

DoctorOS is provided over the internet, 24/7. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible and scheduled outside Pakistan business hours. The in-person medical care you book through DoctorOS is delivered by the practice at the address and time shown on your booking.
