Your first visit

Bring any previous prescriptions, test reports and a list of the medicines you currently take — including anything bought over the counter.

The front desk will register you and hand you an intake form. If you have booked online, your token is already waiting; walk-ins are given a token on arrival and seen in turn.

A first consultation runs about twenty minutes. If tests are needed, the practitioner will explain what and why before anything is ordered.
